SPONSORED SYMPOSIA

In addition to the Sponsorship Packages described here, there is an opportunity to organize symposia at the Conference. The sponsored symposia sessions are to be organized by the sponsor in consultation with the Conference Co-ordinating Committee. The programme of the symposium, including title, topics, and names of speakers must be submitted to the Conference Scientific Committee for approval. No modifications should be made to symposium titles or content without mutual agreement between the sponsor and the Conference Scientific Committee.  The sponsor is responsible for bearing the expense of speakers and chairpersons specifically invited to participate in its symposium.

Sponsored Symposia Room Rates

Rates include:

- Hiring of the room; microphones for speakers and audience; LCD projection equipment; publication of the symposium program on the final program.

Note: The Conference Organizers are not charged additional costs for the symposium.

SPONSORED SEMINARS

Additionally, there is the opportunity to organize seminars at the Conference. The sponsored seminar sessions are to be organized by the sponsor in consultation with the Conference Co-ordinating Committee. The programme of the seminars, including title, topics, and names of speakers must be submitted to the Conference Scientific Committee for approval. No modifications should be made to seminar titles or content without mutual agreement between the sponsor and the Conference Scientific Committee.  The sponsor is responsible for bearing the expense of speakers and chairpersons specifically invited to participate in its seminar.
